Sharefax-Online Authorization Form

To sign up (if you have not already):

• Print, complete, sign, and mail this Authorization Form to the address listed below

• Visit your Credit Union Location and request an Authorization Form

• Call or your credit union and have an Authorization Form sent to you

Sharefax-Online offers you secure internet access to your credit union accounts 24 hours a day from the comfort and convenience of your home or office. You can access your credit union account via the internet on our web page at www.sharefax.org or go directly to https://www.sharefax-online.org. You will need to enter both your S.T.A.R. System PIN* and a new internet banking password. A disk or CD-ROM is not necessary to access Sharefax-Online. Your only hardware requirements are a PC with modem and your monitor display size set at 800 by 600 resolution.
