What does the Prescription Savings Program offer?
The Prescription Savings Program can save members who are uninsured or underinsured up to 50% off the normal retail
pharmacy price. Most members save from 10 to 50% off their brand & generic prescription medications.
Member and their families can simply take this Rx savings card to one of nearly 46,000 participating pharmacies. No enrollment forms are
required and the card included in this brochure is ready to use.
Who can use the Prescription Savings Program?
Anyone who is uninsured or under insured or whose current insurance plan requires them to pay
out-of-pocket for their prescription medications and submit claims for reimbursement
can save using this Program. For those with Rx coverage compare our Rx price as it may be less than you plans co-pay.
One card is good for the entire family including students away at school, parents and grandparents. There are no pre-existing restrictions,
waiting periods or annual saving limits.
Where can I use the Prescription Savings Retail Program?
This network consists of many major national chain pharmacies including CVS, Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreen’s and more.

There are no claim forms, you receive the best price
at the point of purchase. You may also use our mail-order service for long term medications and possibly save even more.
How much can I save on my medications?
The price of each medication is ultimately determined at
the pharmacy where the card is presented. Members are always
guaranteed the lowest price so that shopping at multiple pharmacies is
not necessary. Members are averaging a 36% savings off retail.
How much does it cost to participate in this program?
There is no cost to our Sharefax members. This program is sponsored by Sharefax.
We will be sending you an active Rx card in you account statement. If you would like additional cards
you can pick them up at any one of our Sharefax offices where you will find them conveniently
