Sharefax Credit Union $1,000 Giveaway Official Rules

1. NO DEPOSITS PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  

2. ELIGIBILITY. Must be 18 years of age or older.   

3. HOW TO ENTER. All new & current members will receive one entry per product/service that is taken advantage of from July 21, 2008 – September 30, 2008. Products/Services that qualify include:

• Savings

• Free Checking

• Free ATM/Debit Card

• Free Online Banking with active email address

• Free e-statements

• Payroll Deduction or Direct Deposit

• Free Bill Payer

• IRA

• Share Certificate

• Loan

• Credit Card

No purchase is necessary. Mail-In Entry: Enter by mailing a 3x5 card to the following:  Sharefax Credit Union Seed Money Giveaway, Attn: Stacy Wene , 7443 Mason-Montgomery Road , Mason , Ohio 45040 .  

4. PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Entries will be accepted from July 21, 2008 – September 30, 2008. Winner will be randomly drawn on October 1, 2008. Winner will be contacted by phone. Prize money will be directly deposited into the members Sharefax Credit Union savings account. Must be 18 years of age or older. 

5. PRIZE AND ODDS. Prize: One (1) grand prize winner & two (2) runner-ups will be drawn on October 1, 2008. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sharefax Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Giveaway as solely determined by Sharefax Credit Union.  Sharefax Credit Union reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway.   Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Sharefax Credit Union in its sole discretion, and Sharefax Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Giveaway.  If, in Sharefax Credit Union's opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway or violation of any of these rules, Sharefax Credit Union reserves the right to terminate the Giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received or available as of the termination date.
