We are sorry, but due to the lobby closure, we are unable to service Shared Branching Members.

Drive Thru Only Business

While Sharefax will remain open for members to conduct transactions in person, all transactions will be limited to the drive thru at each location starting Monday March 23, 2020.  Please be patient during this time as you may experience a longer wait until you are served.

Loan Appointments

loans, mortgage, emergency advances and business that require a face-to-face meeting, we are able to accommodate you by appointment. Please call our call center at 513-753-2440 to schedule an appointment. Otherwise, our lobby will be closed to the public.

Your debit card and credit card will function as normal.

Remote Services

Our mobile app and online banking platforms are available for 24/7 access to your account. You are able to view transactions, check balances, make payments, make deposits and more from the comfort of your home.

You are able to call into our local call center at 513-753-2440 for help with your account Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 12:30 pm.
