Yes.  Bill pay will still be processed during our system upgrade (May 31st-June 2nd).  You, however, will not be able to access or edit your bill pay after 9AM on May 23, 2025.

Most bill pay info will convert; however "Transfer" type payments (A2A, P2P, etc.), Ebills (bill presentment) subscriptions as well as mobile phone numbers will not convert. Hidden payees will convert however there will be no indicator showing they were hidden previously.

Electronic payments will be debited on the send date, one day sooner than CheckFree, which currently debits on the due date.

Sharefax's current bill payer sends the payments to the payee prior to debiting the payer’s account and can place payers in a collections status if funds are not available (i.e. ACH debit is returned). With Sharefax's new bill payer's good funds model, if funds are not available for an electronic payment, the payment will not process and be cancelled.

Payment methods could change (some payees could move from electronic to check or vice versa) – payers should review payment method before scheduling any new payments.

For some payees, the payers will have to enter address information before the payee can be completely set up and payments sent (on-hold/unverified payees).

Addresses and/or account numbers for payees can be out of date. Payers should double check all payee information after conversion.
