* Transaction counts INCLUDE cashier’s checks, money orders, Duke & Cincinnati Bell payments, deposited check items, paid checks/drafts, balance transfers, ATM debits, Automated Clearing House (ACH) debits and credits. Currency deposit and withdrawals over these limits will incur a 1% fee. Earning credits are applied to the average balance less a 10% reserve.

**Variable market rate earnings credit is based upon the average balance in your Preferred Business Checking and will be credited to your account monthly.
