I’ve been in mortgage lending since 1993 and joined the credit union world in 2014—where I quickly saw the unmatched value we deliver through personalized service and genuine care for our members. I wouldn’t go back. I live in Butler County with my wife, Michele (married since 1992), our two children, Tommy and Danielle, and our two dogs, Penny Sue and Willow. I’m deeply involved in the community, having served 12 years on the Monroe Local Schools Board of Education and currently serving as President of the Butler Tech Board, now in my 17th year. I’m also active in multiple Chambers of Commerce, Boards of Realtors, and the HBA of Cincinnati. When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find me obsessing over the Cincinnati Reds—win, lose, or rain delay.

Joe brings 19 years of lending experience, with a strong focus on helping first-time homebuyers. He holds a BA in Accounting with a concentration in tax accounting. In addition to his financial background, Joe completed three years of Ministry school and has more than 35 years of experience in rental property ownership and management. Outside of work, he enjoys animals, snow, water skiing, hiking, and fishing.

Known for her patience, transparency, and member-first approach, Amber takes the time to understand each borrower’s goals so she can provide customized options that truly fit their financial needs. Whether someone is purchasing their first home or restructuring an existing mortgage, Amber’s priority is making the process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband—her high school best friend—their six children, their dogs, and their flock of chickens. She brings that same warm, down-to-earth energy to every member she serves.

Teresa has been a mortgage loan originator for 27 years. She enjoys working with people and helping them with the purchase of a new home or refinancing their current home to consolidate their debt or to do home improvements. Her hobbies are riding a motorcycle, going to Nostalgia drag races and custom car shows. She loves music and dancing.
