The Cincinnati Enquirer names SHAREFAX CREDIT UNION
A Winner of the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area
2018 TOP WORKPLACES AWARD
Sharefax Credit Union has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Cincinnati Enquirer. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
“What an accomplishment! This honor is only earned by having employees, who care about each other and in serving our members,” said Art Kremer, President/CEO of Sharefax. “ I am proud to work for an organization guided by a Board, which sets a high priority on the well being of its employees, and with quality individuals, with whom I am lucky to see or speak with each day. You can be financially successful at your employment, but what makes coming to work enjoyable and satisfying is working towards a common goal with co-workers, who care. We are very fortunate to have such a team of great employees at Sharefax.”
“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
